These Terms apply to all visitors, volunteers, and supporters engaging with the Committee to Elect Jill Cuadros campaign.

2. Description of Services

This Site provides information about Jill Cuadros’ candidacy for Springfield City Council, including her priorities, background, events, and opportunities to volunteer, request yard signs, endorse the campaign, and receive email updates.

3. Volunteer and Supporter Engagement

By submitting your information through our forms, you consent to be contacted by the campaign regarding volunteer opportunities, events, and campaign updates. You may opt out of email communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in those messages.

4. Mobile Messaging Program Consent

By signing up for our Mobile Messaging Program, you consent to receive the following types of text messages from Committee to Elect Jill Cuadros:

  • Polling/Voting Text Messages: Such as election reminders and opinion polls.

  • Public Service Announcement Text Messages: Including legislative updates, member updates, and voter education.

5. Opt-In Methods

  • Completing a sign-up form on our website and checking the text message consent box.

  • Providing explicit consent in any other manner indicated by Committee to Elect Jill Cuadros.

6. Message Terms

  • Messages may be sent using an autodialer or similar technology.

  • Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. STOP Command

To stop receiving messages, text STOP at any time. You will receive a confirmation text confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from the Program unless you opt back in.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, design, graphics, text, photographs, and branding on this Site are the property of Committee to Elect Jill Cuadros or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written consent.

  • Campaign logos and materials may be shared for personal, non-commercial supporter use (for example, sharing on social media), provided they are not altered or used in a misleading manner.

10. Compliance with Election Law

The campaign operates in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local election laws and regulations, including Oregon election law. Contributions, endorsements, and volunteer activities may be subject to disclosure and eligibility requirements. The campaign does not provide legal advice.

11. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems

  • Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site by automated means without consent

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting the campaign

The Site and its contents are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The campaign does not guarantee any specific election outcome.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Committee to Elect Jill Cuadros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or engagement with the campaign.

14. Indemnification
